Description
Industry Leader in Secure Remote Access Solutions, Internet communications company in Irvine seeking top talent for Call Center Support.

This is a contract position lasting 3months or more. Must have excellent communication skills and solid technical abilities. Responsible for outgoing and incoming calls regards to updates, notes and tickets. Will perform router configuration and walk through installation. Must have experience.

Excellent problem solving skills and professional communication skills a must.

Ideal candidate will have heavy call center experience and 2-3 years of helpdesk experience. Any background in broadband, cable or telecommunications is a plus.

This position is M-F, 7am-4pm or 8am to 5pm. df-tc


Experience/Skills
2-3 years of technical experience working in an IT department.

Some helpdesk experience within a call center

Solid Call Center background and excellent communication skills.
