Help Desk Representative - Second Shift

If you are a Help Desk with experience, please read on!

currently seeking an individual with at least 6 months to 2 years of previous IT Helpdesk support experience. The ideal candidate will be energetic and willing to learn the necessary skills to help assist our internal users.

What you need for this position:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Positive attitude with strong desire to assist people.
- Eagerness to learn new products.
- Strong knowledge of personal computers, both desktops and laptops, PC and MAC.
- Knowledge of MS Office Products, including;
- MS Excel
- Outlook & .pst personal folders
- Knowledge of MS Windows Printing.
- Adding Printers
- Changing default printer.
- Knowledge or experience with MS Windows Networking.
- Mapping Drives
- Strong Troubleshooting skills.
- Reliable transportation with ability to carry computers to locations throughout New England and Mid-Atlantic


What you'll be doing:

- Position is based out of our Brockton corporate office, doing a combination of phone support and traveling to all of our locations to provide local support.
