Job Description
Our client is seeking a Call Center Team Manager for a full-time, permanent position in Macon, GA. The candidate will be responsible for managing the daily performance to ensure all Call Center Representatives and Team Leads are providing above average level of customer service to all customers (internal and external) in an inbound call center. The successful candidate will have at least 5+ years of solid/progressive call center management experience in a telecommunications services provider. This person will supervise 8-10 Representatives and 1 Team Lead. Other responsibilities include:
Develops performance objectives that include both professional and personal goals for Reps
Manages day-to-day operations of the team including attendance, attrition and outages to minimize customer impact
Meets and exceeds service and quality levels as assigned by management
Coaches and mentors Call Representatives and Team Leads to include communicating performance evaluations on a monthly basis
Education/Experience Requirements:
5+ years Call Center Management experience with a telecommunications services provider, with emphasis on developing an organization while meeting business objectives
Strong leadership and management development skills
Self-driven with a take charge attitude while exercising good judgment in a rapid paced environment
Excellent time management and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
The client is seeking a candidate who can start immediately. The client is open to out of state candidates and will offer some relocation assistance for the right candidate. This position carries a base salary plus 10% quarterly bonus. Visa sponsorship not available for this position.
