Description
Our client privately held promotional products manufacturer distributor in the US, is seeking an energetic, dependable team player to join our company as a Call Center Manager. Responsible for selection, orientation, training and development of associates, performance evaluations, wage recommendations, motivation, discipline and other personnel actions. Duties require working knowledge of automated call distribution systems and proficiency with computers for call center.


Minimum 7-10 years experience in Sales Management required, Inside Sales Management preferred , Call center environment/management.
Responsible for metrics, dashboards, software reporting analysis.
Inbound and outbound calls
MULTIPLE products involved so there will be considerable amount of training of individuals as well.
Proficiency in Microsoft office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access

This individual will manage scheduling and staffing for a 60 person call center
Working knowledge of contact management and order management systems required
High School diploma or equivalent required. Four year college degree, preferred
