Description
Call center supervisors needed for several different shifts during peak season.

High school diploma or the general equivalency degree.
MUST have a minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience in a Service/Customer Care environment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities and team orientation required, along with proven expertise in coaching and developing individuals to achieve performance goals.
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to follow-through, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Ability to motivate and speak to employees with compassion and patience
