Role

• Analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, supporting, and maintaining webMethods middleware solutions for application integration


• Work with Project Management, Business Representatives, webMethods Developers, and offsite vendor consultants


• Lead integration projects


• Manage and mentor junior application integrators as well as off-site developers in delivering solutions that adhere to the EAI architecture and webMethods environment


• Assist with development and perform code reviews


• Implement integration design, development best practices, strategies, and object reuse policies. Ensure adherence to all development processes and standards


• Facilitate and lead technical sessions to define data mapping, technical integration requirements, and application-interface requirements
  


• Assist in system monitoring responsibilities

• Fulltime permanent (salaried): $91,000/year


• W-2: $52/hour


• 1099: $56/hour

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or IT-related field


• 5+ years of business and technical experience


• 3+ years of solid experience in a webMethods development environment


• Deep understanding of data and application integration concepts


• Proficient with XML and XSD schema design


• General knowledge of data transfer protocols such as ftp, http, etc.


• Experience with Oracle databases and SQL programming


• Working knowledge of Java object-oriented design and development


• Conversant with the following EAI areas: Message Brokers, Messaging Middleware, Workflow,
  and Business Process Management


• Basic knowledge of Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, and business process modeling
