Cash Management Service Manager

If you are a Cash Management Service Manager with great experience, please read on! This is a really cool, unique role!

This is a customer service management role: you will be THE person our branches and cash management customers go to when there are issues, questions, concerns.

This isn't a sales or business development role BUT you need to have cash management sales in your background - you need to know the products so you can help customers with their cash management product questions, accounts, or concerns.

This is a very hands on position - you will manage day to day operations.

What you need:

- Bachelors degree in Business or equivalent experience in related fields
- you MUST have 4+ years of experience as a customer service manager supporting corporate clients with account analysis, remote capture, lockboxes and other cash management services
- Supervisory or leadership experience required
- excellent customer service skills
- excellent writing, verbal communication and presentation skills required
- ability to work under pressure with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, Word and Power Point
- bilingual in Cantonese or Mandarin preferred

What you'll be doing:

- manage overall daily cash management service requests
- develop internal monitoring mechanism to measure and monitor Cash Management service quality by reviewing the daily incoming service requests
- handle customer complaints (verbal and written) referred by the CMSC representatives including review of all departmental reply letters
- liaise & coordinate with different departments in handling customer requests or complaints
- responsible for service maintenance and changes
- ensure all departmental work is in compliance
- develop, plan & implement programs to support and sustain quality customer service for the Cash Management clients
- handle cash management customer complaints referred by other sources
- ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
- be the "go to" person with the branches & other departments on Cash Management products, guidelines, policies, procedures & customer billing issues
- reply to customer service related inquiries
- manage courier vendors on pricing, services, billing and service discontinuation
- conduct regular client calls to high end Cash Management customers
