SUMMARY
Qualified candidates will be responsible for providing basic technical support to internal departments, requiring technical expertise in the areas of HW/SW, knowledge of Win XP, NT, MS Office, Lotus Notes, internet, VPN, and a demonstrated knowledge of networking. This includes troubleshooting company specific accounting applications, printer setup, basic diagnosing of the desktop/laptop software problems; interaction with the customer by phone and remote control of desktop.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for first level support of all inbound calls.

Accurate logging, ticketing and tracking on all calls.

Provide accurate, timely and professional resolution on all supported issues.

Timely and professional follow-up on all calls.

Accurately escalating tickets per department procedures.

Efficiently and accurately resolving all assigned tickets.

Timely and accurate completion of all assigned duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma required; Two-year degree in CIS/MIS or related field experience is preferred.

Relevant certifications are preferred.

Must be able to work in a stressful environment.

Excellent communication, customer service, time management, conflict resolution and problem determination/resolution skills are a must.

Dependable attendance and schedule adherence are requirements for this position.

This position may require shift work in the future. Candidate should be open to working any shift.
