SUMMARY
This role is responsible for providing basic technical support to internal clients and resolving operational issues and challenges or escalating as necessary. The CSD (Central Service Desk) Representative's main focus is to accurately and expeditiously service all 5911 requests and to promote a positive environment of communication between IT Support and their clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide first level support of all inbound calls and e-mails.

Accurate logging, ticketing and tracking on all calls and emails.

Provide accurate, timely and professional resolution on all supported issues.

Provide timely and professional follow-up on all calls and emails.

Accurate escalation of tickets per department procedures.

Efficient and accurate resolution on all assigned tickets.

Timely and accurate completion of all assigned duties.

Assist with other assigned tasks within the department.

REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma required; Two-year degree in CIS/MIS or related field experience and/or relevant certifications is preferred.

This shift will eventually be 3:00pm-12:00am Monday through Friday, once the initial training has been completed.

Basic knowledge of PC's, PC peripherals, PC software, and related technologies.

Knowledge of customer service concepts and practices.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.

Excellent communication, customer service, time management, conflict resolution and problem determination/resolutions skills.

Reliable attendance and schedule adherence.

Ability to work independently and in a team oriented environment.

Ability to work various shifts as needed including evenings and weekends.
