CTI's Technical Resource Solutions division is looking to staff several positions just outside the DC/Baltimore area

Minimum/General Experience: The C&A analyst must have experience preparing prior C&A packages required. The C&A analyst must be familiar with FISMA and the relevant guidance issued by the National Institute of Standards including: SP 800-37, SP 800-26, SP 800-53, SP 800-34, and 800-34. The C&A analyst should have understanding of security architecture, policies, and security capabilities of leading operating systems. Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CAP or MCSE helpful

*Senior C&A Analyst: Eight to 10 years of Certification and Accreditation Experience, with FISMA and within the Federal Government.

Functional Responsibility: Certification and Accreditation (C&A) analyst prepares Certification Packages under the FISMA standard. Activities include developing System Security Plans (SSP), Contingency Plans, Security Assessment Reports (SAR), ST&E, Privacy Impact Statements (PIA), Configuration Management and Control, and POA&M activities.

Minimum Education: The C&A analyst must possesses a Bachelors Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in computer science, networks, IT, or science, or 5 years subject appropriate experience may substitute for degree.
