Genesis10 is seeking Change Management Consultants for our clients in the Charlotte, NC area.

As the Change Management Consultant, you will have proven experience leading and developing a high performance change management team and/or direct management of a major change management project. 5 to 10 years Change Management project experience is required. Six Sigma and Change Management certified is a plus along with Merger and Acquisition experience.

The Change Management Consultant will manage a team of Change Management professionals responsible for the successful associate transition and adoption of major Fortune 500 Financial Services projects and initiatives. Project responsibility requires management of staff and budget and the cross coordination of effort with Corporate Communications, Media, Learning and Leadership Development, and other Corporate teams. This person will be responsible for the development of a team of change management consultants, processes and tools to enable the successful deployment of (deleted HR reference) initiatives.

Experience:

Required Experience/Skills:
- Proven experience leading and developing a high performance change management team and/or direct management of a major change management project.
- Key competencies required: consulting, facilitation, coaching, creativity, marketing/communications, business leadership and problem solving.
- Education/certification
- 5 to 10 years Change Management project experience.

Desired Experience/Skills:
- Six Sigma certified.
- Certification in Change Management (ie LaMarsh or other program).
- Merger and Acquisition experience is a plus.
