Description
We are currently looking for two Sr. Change Management/Organizational Management Facilitators for a 6month+ contract in Andover, MA

MUST HAVE 5+ years of Change Management (operations/Facilitation)

Candidate responsibilities:
- Coordinate with a subset of testers to make sure all testing and feedback are conducted
- Execute portions of the communication plan
- Assist with the review and enhancement of training materials for the train-the-trainer and users
-Develop user guide material
-Communicate, coordinate and shepard roll-out schedule
-roll-out schedule maintenance
- Train users according to schedule with proper materials

Required experience:
1) Ability to train users and prepare training material
2) Superior oral and written communication skills
3) 8-10 years experience Training IT application end users, systems documentation, change management techniques
