Description
Genesis10 is looking for a team of 4 senior level Change Managers to assist our client with a variety of Regulatory projects within the Capital Markets space. Projects include Basel, Enterprise Stress Testing and other regulatory requirements. Location is NYC and Charlotte with occasional travel required. Duration of the engagement goes through the end of 2010. Business partner is in Risk but would be working on technology and business projects.

As the Change Management Consultant, you will have proven experience leading and developing a high performance change management team and/or direct management of a major change management project.

The Change Management Consultant will manage a team of Change Management professionals responsible for the successful associate transition and adoption of major Fortune 500 Financial Services projects and initiatives. Project responsibility requires management of staff and budget and the cross coordination of effort with Corporate Communications, Media, Learning and Leadership Development, and other Corporate teams. This person will be responsible for the development of a team of change management consultants, processes and tools to enable the successful deployment of (deleted HR reference) initiatives.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Required Experience/Skills:
- Expertise in equities, commodities, mortgages, FX, all Bank counterparty and market businesses, FAS 133, working with hedge funds, derivatives, and trades/investments platforms.

Preferred Experience/Skills:
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and general Bank knowledge is a plus.
