We have an immediate need for a Business Process Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION
Works on enterprise-wide redesign initiatives that will encompass an end to end analysis and future state redesign. Develops business case for proposed technology, staff and structure changes, including cost estimates. Develops and leads redesign initiatives, guiding project and cross-functional teams across the business. May support M&A integration efforts, possibly taking a lead role. May coach teams in six sigma process and tools. Drives business awareness of quality/process methodology.

Minimum Experience: 10+ years process design exp, strong understanding of financial controls and risk

Serve as a process engineer to train and mentor project teams and development groups in best practices for software development. Model business processes, develop and management project requirements including use cases and supplementary specs, model conceptual architecture, and create and administer risk management plans.
