The ideal candidate will possess
Bachelor's degree
-4+ years experience managing a team of outside sales representatives
-2+ Years Managing Sales Managers, branch managers, etc.
-Success in a new business development environment
-Ability to work under pressure with a defined sales quota.
-Ability to provide leadership and motivation and communicate effectively
-Proven track record of success.

Compensation ranges from 130K-180K+ strictly in Base and bonus. Including a company car, cell, laptop and expense account.
