The CIO will provide the technology vision and leadership in the design, implementation and maintenance of the company-wide IT program - ensuring the quality, consistency and availability of all IT services.
Requirements:
10+ years IT leadership experience at proven Internet- and direct-marketing based organization
Extensive knowledge of insurance industry, including experience with core system technology needs specific to a healthplan.
Knowledge of Microsoft development and server technologies (SQL server, ASP.Net technologies)
Experience with call centers, open-source, and internet technologies a plus
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related technical fields. - Extensive knowledge of computer networks, architectures, and network availability techniques
Experience with call center centric technology: dialers, IVR, VRU, phone switches, etc
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven track record in team building, developing and motivating IT personnel
Masters degree or MBA preferred
