Description
Cisco CCIE Voice Engineer; Robert Half Technology is currently seeking skilled Cisco CCIE Voice Engineers for our client. Responsibilities will include teaching voice classes and implementing a large UC 6.1, UCCS, Unity, MeetingplaceExpress project, pre-sales, design, implementation & support of all elements of Cisco IP telephony solutions, including Call Manager 4.x, 5.x & 6.0, Unified messaging with Unity, Unity Connection, UCCX - Unified Contact Center Express (formerly IPCC Express), CME, CUE, Cisco voice gateways. This position will be a mix of responsibilities to include training Cisco level classes as well as working on client projects.

Experience/Skills
Cisco CCIE Voice Engineer; skilled candidates must have CCIE Voice certification with extended working experience, proficiency with Cisco routers and switches at a CCNP or CCIE level is an advantage, at least 3 years experience with Cisco UC technologies is required including: Cisco CallManager, Unity, CallManager Express, IPCC Express, voice gateways utilizing PRIs, Gatekeeper, H.323, MGCP, SIP, SCCP. Knowledge of traditional phone systems, functions and features is also required. Our client is searching for performance driven individuals with excellent presentation and project management skills. Must have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.* Ideal Cisco certifications include: CCIE Voice or CCVP with lots of experience.
