Description

Duties/Experience:

  • Business Analysis, Design and Implementation of Cisco including:
    • Cisco CVP IVR and Cisco ICM
    • Cisco Unified CallManager/CallManager Express
    • Cisco Unity
    • Applications such as IPCC, Cisco CTI applications, GED 125 interface
    • Network based DIP trunking utilizing Session Border Controller and SIP Proxy
    • QOS to enable VOIP applications

Requirements:

  • Experience designing Cisco IP telephony solutions
  • Analysis, Design and Integration of Cisco IP telephony
  • Cisco Unity configurations supporting voice messaging, unified messaging with notes/exchange or integrated messaging
  • Must be able to configure voice services on all Cisco LAN/WAN hardware
  • Experience with multi-site implementation (greater than 100 sites)
  • Knowledge of call center operational dynamics as it relates to design and implementation of ACD, CTI, Network Routing, Reporting utilizing Cisco Unified CCE solutions
  • BS Degree
  • CCNA, CCNP, CCVP or CCIE desired
  • Cisco IP Contact Center Specialist and Unity Support Specialist
