Prestigious company located in Chicago's Northern Suburbs is currently seeking a Cisco CVP / ICM Routing Engineer.


Four years or greater of project experience in the following areas preferred:
*Business Analysis, Design and Implementation of :
- Cisco CVP IVR and Cisco ICM
- Cisco Unified CallManager/CallManager Express Systems
- Cisco Unity
- Additional applications, such as IPCC, Cisco CTI applications, GED 125 interface
- Network-based SIP trunking utilizing Session Border Controller and SIP Proxy.
- QOS to enable VoIP applications

Certifications and Education strongly preferred but not required if adequate experience is possessed:
- B.S. College Degree in IT or related field
- CCNA, CCNP, CCVP, or CCIE,
- Cisco Voice specialization roles are required
- Cisco IP Contact Center Specialist
- Cisco Unity Support Specialist


- Experience designing Cisco IP Telephony solutions by translating business requirements into project plans thru implantation of Cisco IP Telephony applications including Cisco CVP/ICM Enterprise call routing, Unfied CallManager/CallManager Express, Cisco Unity Messaging, Cisco IPCC, SRST.
- Analysis, Design and integration of Cisco IP Telephony applications into Enterprise VoIP infrastructure.
- Cisco Unity in configurations supporting Voice Messaging, Unified Messaging with Notes/Exchange, or Integrated Messaging with IMAP
- In-depth, advanced knowledge of and ability to configure voice services on all Cisco LAN/WAN hardware including: ISR Router / Gateways, and Catalyst switches.
-Experience in a multi-site implementation (greater than 100 sites) of all of the above technologies required. Experience with larger implementations highly desirable.
- Prepare documentation for clients detailing configuration of deployed solutions.
- Possess business and technical analytical skills to analyze, identify, design, implement and develop comprehensive support processes to resolve complex operational issues involving multi-tiered Cisco IP Telephony applications.
- Function as the prime Architect and design expert on large and small scale projects.
- Demonstrate knowledge of call center operational dynamics as it relates to design, and impementation of ACD, CTI, Network Routing, Reporting utilizing Cisco Unified CCE solutions.
- Demonstrate Proficiency with the design, installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring of core LAN/WAN services.
- Demonstrate Proficiency with the design, provisioning and
troubleshooting of WAN technologies such as T1/T3 circuits, frame relay, MPLS, HDLC, PPP and ISDN PRI/BRI.
- Reports to the Manager, Telecommunications
