Position Overview:
This is a project in voice portal where you build completely new solutions with clients PBX and ICM.

Responsibilities:
Build multiple ICM translation routes, scripts to support every site and client
Documentation of the environment, testing, implementation, operational turnover and warranty period

Required skills:
CISCO ICM Scripting
CISCO Translation Routing
CTI/CTIOS
Admin workstation
Web View
CISCO Network Interface Controller (NIC)
Avaya Application configuration and troubleshooting
IVR Peripheral Gateway configuration
Cisco IP-IVR configuration and Scripting

Desired Skills:
Data Networking (Cisco routing/switching, QOS)
Monitoring and reporting applications
Development and Message Exchange languages and protocols (C , SQL, SOAP, XML/VXML)
Telecommunications: FXO/FXS/PRI/T1/DS3 Circuits and Signaling Protocols
Database - CISCO data model and reporting, DB performance tuning
Fortune 1000 experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree
CCNP/CCNA
