Description
Customer facing network incident support in our 24/7 Network Operations Center (NOC). A support role in providing proactive and re-active fault isolation of Layer 3% switches, routers and data/voice circuits. Contractor will be providing support on one of five shifts in the operations center model. Skill Experience Need 1) Cisco and/or Nortel Router Experience Intermediate Required 2) Functional knowledge of IP routing Intermediate Required 3) Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, EIGRP, OSPF) Intermediate Required 4) LAN/WAN troubleshooting/problem determination Intermediate Required 5) Knowledge of Frame-Relay, T3, T1.df-tc
