Our client is seeking a Cisco IP Telphony Administrator to This position shall provide overall system administration and move/add/change support for a new install Cisco IP Telephony system including developing & maintaining support documentation & records.
"« Provide support to end users for telephone & voice mail issues or problems.
"« Develop end-user instructions for use of telephone & voice mail features.
"« Provide basic IP Telephony troubleshooting of system problems.
"« Monitor CallManager, Unity & IPCC Express servers and Gateways for alarms or problems.
"« Perform trunk traffic & system utilization reporting.
"« Develop and maintain telephone system records & documentation.
"« Maintain inventory of telephone sets and other system equipment (e.g. analog gateways).
"« Oversee cabling contractor to do analog device cross-connects.
"« Develop administration processes & procedures.
"« Cross-train other support personnel for backup IP Telephony administrators.
"« Interface with our client's management to ensure that administration service level commitments are met.

Experience/Skills
In order to be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills:

"« Familiar with and able to administer Cisco CallManager 4.1
Able to set up & configure:
o 7912G, 7940G, 7960G & 7936 IP Phones (and 7914 Expansion Module)
o Phone & Softkey Templates
o Analog devices in a VG224 Voice Gateway
o CTI Route Points
o Forced Authorization Codes
o Call Pickup Groups
o Hunt Groups
o Global Directory
o Route Lists/Patterns/Groups (Trunking)
o Bulk Administration Tool (BAT)
o CDR Analysis and Reporting (CAR)
"« Familiar with and able to administer Cisco Unity Voice Mail 4.0(4)
Able to set up & configure:
o Subscribers
o Subscriber Templates
o Call/Directory Handlers (Auto-Attendants)
o Call Routing (via Unity)
o Utilization/Traffic Reporting
"« Familiar with and able to provide basic administration for Cisco IPCC Express 4.0
Able to set up & configure:
o ACD groups
o Basic call flows/groups
o Skill based routing
o Reporting
"« Proficient with the following PC applications:
o Word
o Excel
o Access
o Visio
