Description
Design, deployment and on-going management of Cisco LAN/WAN/IPT. Working knowledge of telephony terminology pertaining to various levels of circuit delivery. Demonstrated senior level of knowledge pertaining to security specifically ACLs, VACLs, Private VLANs, and Intrusion Detection. Minimum of five years Cisco LAN/WAN experience (LAN Switching, Spanning-tree, Etherchannels, Trunks, Routers, Routing Protocols specifically EIGRP and BGP). Strong overall knowledge of Call Center Applications (inbound, outbound, email, and chat)
Minimum of five years Cisco IP Telephony experience including VoIP, Call Manager, Voice Gateways, and Unity)
Minimum of three years of QoS implementation, tuning, and troubleshooting experience. Required certification(s): Cisco CCIE Preferred but not required certification(s): CISSP Skilled in using Visio and other network documentation software.
