We have an immediate need for a Citrix Administrator JOB DESCRIPTION Comprehensive listing of Citrix Skills. Support existing published applications and installed application upgrades. Install Citrix patches when required. Review and approval of all OS patches (Microsoft Security patches) to ensure there are no conflicts with Citrix. Monitor systems to ensure availability and stability. Installation, configuration and publishing new applications requested to groups. Periodic Citrix upgrades. End-user support when escalated by level 1 support. Support is 24/7/365. Participation in all Sev 1 bridge calls involving Citrix outages. Problem resolution details from escalated issues submitted to Availability Mgr for outages affecting Citrix environments. Configure Resource Manager and the Resource Manager Web Console to record historical data and create reports. Maintain Citrix Logon scripts. Monitor and troubleshoot connectivity to the data store. Monitor and troubleshoot the Citrix IMA Service and the ICA communication channel. Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot client performance and slow logons. Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot published applications. Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot printing and printing policies. Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot Citrix Policies. Monitor, optimize and troubleshoot Web Interface and Secure Gateway. Monitor, Optimize, and troubleshoot Citrix License console and Citrix Client Con CCA a plus. TAKE ACTION! Why wait another day?
