Responsibilities:

. Coordinates and manages application and/or deployment related issues and provides technical resolution - work with peer organizations to resolve desktop, application or deployment related problem

. Provide Tier II level support for Citrix remote access issues

. Receive MOM/Tivoli alerts and proactively resolve problems

. Coach/Train junior team members

Experience/Skills


Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

. Citrix Metaframe XP installation, troubleshooting

. Experience providing Level 2 & Level 3 Citrix Metaframe XPe, Metaframe 1.x and NFuse day to day support in an enterprise environment

. Experience providing Level 2 & Level 3 Windows 2000 & 2003 daily server support

. Microsoft SQL experience with creating, maintaining and replication of database as well as intermediate troubleshooting skills

. Scripting skills in VB, WSH, CMD or Perl

. 3+ years experience with Citrix Metaframe (Metaframe 1.x and Metaframe XP)

. Intermittent or Expert Level Citrix application troubleshooting

. Intermittent knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory

. Intermittent knowledge of Microsoft DNS, WINS Infrastructures



Certifications:

. Citrix Certified Administrator (a must)

. Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (Big Plus)

. Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (in Windows 2000 and 2003 a must)
