Experience and Qualifications:

- Advanced technical knowledge and experience with Citrix XenApp/Presentation Server 4.0/4.5 from both an engineering and administration side.

- Knowledge and experience with Citrix Access Gateway, & EdgeSight.

- Knowledge and experience with AppSense Management Suite.

- Knowledge and experience with Windows Terminal Server 2003/2008, Active Directory and Group Policy.

- Knowledge of Windows Registry, Profile management and Application packaging.

- Knowledge of CIFS & DFS.

- Experience with multiple security protocols and vendors preferred. Development of Secure Remote Access solutions a strong plus.

- Knowledge and experience with support tasks for Microsoft Exchange 2003 and 2007.

- Knowledge and experience with the following is considered a plus: VDI, Password Manager, Smart Auditor, Netscaler, VBScript/Batch Scripting, Wyse Device Manager, Microsoft Softgrid, Symantec Enterprise Vault.

Required Skills: - Assist in the design, implementation and support of a multi-farm highly available Citrix XenApp 4.5/5.0 environment.

- Provide 3rd level support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of Citrix XenApp 4.0/4.5 Farms. Troubleshooting includes, but is not limited to; isolating problems, recommending proper solutions and implementing solutions.

- Work closely with Windows Server team to maintain base build and OS tuning.

- Work closely with Desktop Engineering team to maintain desktop standardization and application management.

- Work with Information Security to address vulnerabilities and find the appropriate fixes.

- Adhere to client's change policy guidelines

- Ensure that any previous documentation is updated with new changes and provide documentation for all new processes and procedures that can assist other team members in maintaining the infrastructure.

- Update problem tickets in a timely manner (creating, researching, referring, closing).

- Coach and share knowledge with peers and counter parts.

- Participate in 3rd shift on-call rotation for SEV1 issues.

# of Years Required: - Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience with Citrix Presentation Server/XenApp in a 1000 session environment.
