Scope of work: The IT Metrics &
Reporting Engineer is responsible for publishing information used by
IT executives and management to monitor department performance and
perform analysis of project, resource and financial data.

This is a senior level and very visible
position. Technical skills are required but will not qualify a
candidate lacking functional knowledge.

Job Duties

Publish data as dashboards,
spreadsheets, reports, and in other formats

Maintain the ITLC Web site

Support the publications above

Act as a mentor by explaining to
customers the data and how they are to be used

Learn about and act as secondary
support for the Clarity product

Assist with other process and
production needs of IT Finance, the Project Management Office, or the
IT management team as required

Required skills/competencies:

Ability to deliver as well as
conceptualize new tools and reports

Well-honed analytical skills and
ability to focus on details

Expert level proficiency in Excel,
including VBA

Expert level proficiency in
Hyperion/Brio

Medium level proficiency in HTML/web
design

Ability to learn new tools and
environments quickly

Ability to understand and build data
models and perform data transformation

Excellent oral and written English
communications skills

Ability to communicate and collaborate
with people at all levels of the organization

Experience in gathering and documenting
requirements

Experience in producing operational
documentation

Understanding of basic accounting and
financial concepts

Preferred Skills: Experience in
project management, resource management and resource planning

Knowledge of CA Clarity project and
resource management

Knowledge of Open Workbench

Experience with formal change
management processes

Experience with business forecasting
and planning

All candidate submissions must include
three professional references familiar with candidate's work in
required competencies.

Candidates chosen for second round
interviews will be administered live test of Excel/VBA and
Hyperion/Brio skills.

Occasional weekend and overtime work
performed in Miramar, FL may be required at short notice.

No interview or relocation expenses
will be paid for non-local candidates.
