Description
Position Description: QA Tester is responsible for working with the development team and business users to perform QA testing based on documented business requirements. Applying a thorough understanding of SDLC and SQA methodology, the QA Tester creates and maintains test plans and scripts, and carries out hands on testing efforts both manually and using automated test tools to exercise software. The QA Tester also creates and updates defect tracking logs and works with development teams and users to ensure that all defects are resolved.

7+ years experience in Software QA Experience writing details Test Cases and Test Plans Experience using SQL (DB2 and Oracle preferred) Good understanding of Mainframe and Distributed applications Good understanding in Test Methodology and SDLC Preferred experience in Supply Chain applications.

Experience with writing test scripts and executing them for IBM Z/OS mainframe online and batch applications are a plus

Skill Set: Responsible for gathering and assembling all status and communications material for the PMO. Manages the project plan in Clarity Workbench and weekly status reporting.
- Schedules PMO and all-hands meetings and assembles the agenda for these meetings. Works with the other PMO leads to track critical issues and risks to the project.
- Assembles the project performance metrics and verifies the Project Manager's awareness when metrics leave pre-determined control bounds.df-tc
