Description
73478 Fast-growing hotel reservation software company seeking Account Managers and Customer Service Representatives to meet demands of increased business.

- As the primary contact for your assigned customers, you will manage Client Relationships, coordinate resources and processes during the Software Implementation phase and after implementation, help clients make optimum use of system.

Requires:

- Hospitality industry background - ideal background is account manager for group sales or convention services, experienced in managing group reservations in group reservations department of hotel, as coordinator or manager, people who have supported Sales and Catering administrators for on-site hotel sales and catering business, managing booking of rooms, banquet and function rooms, meal management, etc.

- Experience implementing software, Internet technologies and direct or web-based training clients in administrating or using software.

- Experience with automated reservation, registration or facility management systems such as Marriott Marsha, Hyatt ReServe, Starwood Galaxy, Micros Opera, "Fidelio," Springer-Miller, HIS, Delphi, Daylight, others.

- Bachelor's Degree is required.
