Description
Xcitek Solutions Plus, Inc. is looking for a Client Administrator to server as the primary relationship manager for global client accounts from the banking, broker dealer, asset manager, hedge fund and custodian market place. This is a high profile position that requires the individual to focus on client relationship and administrative management, escalation of priority issues, business planning for implementation of software, solicitation of system enhancement projects, and working closely with sales staff to generate new sales and add on system modules.

Requirements for this position are as follows:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related discipline
  • Four to six years of experience in securities industry preferably for one of the following; banking, broker dealer, asset manager, hedge fund or custodians
  • Three or more years of business experience with software implementation
  • Strong management and analytical skills
  • Two to three years of demonstrated management/supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking and leadership with strong abilities in relationship management
  • Demonstrated competency in project management and the execution of multiple or large projects
  • Successfully developed and implemented new work processes or process improvements
  • Gained experience working with customers to develop solutions to complex business problems
