Description
Seeking experienced Client Service Specialists! Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years call center experience with 1 employer. Experience must be most recent. Job tenure is key as this is a full time position. Candidates will need to have experience in the Wireless industry. Dependability and professionalism with the ability to pass an in depth background check and drug screen. Candidates will be responsible for, but not limited to handling a high volume of inbound calls; meeting all departmental goals established by management; Some weekend and holiday work will be required; Shift scheduling will be based on seniority; Candidate must be detail oriented and a critical thinker. Requirements consist of 2 years call center experience, ability to learn quickly. multi-task, a team player and the ability to negotiate. This is a full time opportunity with growth potential.
