Description
The Client Solutions Specialist supports the online client solutions & digital sales teams by supporting the pre- and post-sales process. S/he plays a key role working directly with our Client Solutions, post- Sales teams by managing our day-to-day servicing needs. This position is a hybrid of interactive ad trafficking, post-sales execution, and campaign management, and reports to the Senior Manager, Client Solutions. Responsibilities: Ad Trafficking and Campaign Management: Manage day-to-day ad servicing needs including campaign trafficking, reporting, and follow up with any additional requests. Ensure that campaigns launch on time and are fully executed according to the insertion orders and pre-sales planning requirements. Work to ensure that each assigned campaign delivers in-full and contract revenue potential is fulfilled. Interact with Client Solutions and post-Sales to perform and fulfill optimization requests. Manage monthly launch of Travel Channel s online sweepstakes, coordinating editorial, photo and sales-related devliverables. Work with Travel Channel Mobile team to traffic mobile ad units within third-party mobile ad-serving platform. Ad Testing: QA of all ads on supported browsers. Make sure that ads load correctly and click-through is functional. Ensure that ad is tracking both impressions & clicks, and that conversions are reported correctly on all ad-serving platforms
