Client Tech Liaison-Analyst -Nashville, TN

Position Overview:
You will be the Initial Point of Contact (IPOC) for all client specific data analysis, data processes and data issues

Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day data management, data quality and data reporting for one or more clients.
Perform troubleshooting and analysis of data discrepancies.
Monitor File transfer and processing between the client and company.
Respond to internal customer ad-hoc report and/or data extract requests and analysis.
Interpret business requirements as functional requirements and provide to the data services organization remaining engaged with the developer throughout the life of the request.
Participate in project quality definition and monitoring post-launch.
Identify opportunities to leverage the electronic Datawarehouse and execute through the EDW request process.
Ratify data management principles work with data governance team and other business data owners to define data standards and policies.
Develop a data quality scorecard monitor the quality of data identified as important to the business and track associated costs

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working as a Client Tech Liaison Analyst.
3+ years of experience with file transfers, data content and maintenance of documentation for the file transfer process with the assigned client.
2+ years of experience with PCC, DAX, Intelliset, WITS and EDW.
3+ years of experience with SQL Server.
