Description
As a member of TiVo's Media and Advertising Services test team, you will be responsible for testing new advertising features for TiVo's set-top platforms. This includes testing the core product and new functionality, communicating issues, verifying the specifications of the project are met, creating and implementing test plans and test cases, as well as communicating test results. Regression testing is a vital part of the job. As an experienced tester, you will be expected to provide detailed analysis of issues, heavily contribute to test planning and implementation of effective test processes. As a pro-active member of the team, you will be relied on to be an advocate for the end user. Constructive feedback on the TiVo environment and the customer experience will be expected.

Experience/Skills required:
* 2+ years of relevant quality assurance testing experience
* Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis and communication skills
* End-to-end testing experience
* An eye for detail
* Excellent QE process skills
* Experience generating quality test documentation
* Able to create and run quality tests with accurate results
* Passion for improving the user experience and shipping quality product
* Able to learn and apply new technical information quickly

Bonus:
* Server testing experience
* Set top box experience
* Video editing or broadcast experience
* Cable Headend infrastructure
* Video Server (Ad or VOD) experience
