Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Clinical Application Support Specialist to join our team in Louisville, KY.

Job Responsibilities :
This role will have direct client facing contact, with various members of the clinical staff. Candidate will be expected to collect/define information for troubleshooting, enhancing and improving system workflow.

Required Skills:
  • Strong IT analysis experience: Troubleshooting & Support

  • Health Care IT knowledge and experience

  • Excellent written and verbal skills

  • History of positive client facing experience

  • MS Office Suite

  • Technical exposure to the following is highly preferred

  • In-patient Pharmacy
