Description
As a Valco product implementation resource, the candidate will provide assistance to the implementation teams made up of Project Managers, Consultants, and Software Engineers, to affect a complete configuration and installation of Valco software products. This position requires in-depth knowledge of personal computer operations and applications, project management software, systems analysis and design practices and concepts, flowcharting tools, spreadsheets, word processing, electronic mail, and Meditech database(s) and NPR reporting tools. Key Responsibilities: Perform Post-sale delivery of Valco products and applications.Work with customers and Valco resources to develop functional specification document for new interfaces, software features, and related itemsComplete required administrative activities.Provide customer feedback to senior leadership, and contribute to the continual improvement of delivery process as directed.Provide installation support, configuration, and end user training services for assigned delivery projects.

Requirements:

Requirements: Minimum 3-5 years professional work experience in a Hospital/Health Care environment. Knowledge of clinical operations and experience with Meditech (CS or Magic) software required clinical software (LAB,BBK,MIC, PTH, PHA, NUR, PCS, OE, DPT, ITS, and RAD)Software implementation experience desiredExperience with SQL scripting is a plus.Strong database concepts and functional specification documentation experience.Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Strong customer interface and training skills. Ability to work independently. Potential for 10% or more travel.
