Clinical Application - Process Manager

We are searching for an experienced, innovative, and high-energy professional to effectively coordinate the business activities in the development, testing and implementation of a new software application. This application will be used to deliver tools and clinical content directly to Humana's members.


Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Business Administration or similar
  • 3 - 5 years experience in computer application development
  • 3 - 5 years experience in a health plan setting
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and activities
  • Proven understanding of systems and integration components
  • Strong facilitation, leadership and organizational skills

    Assignment Summary:
  • Responsibility for the development and implementation of Humana's web application used to touch members with clinical information.
  • Liaison with the IT areas that support Humana's clinical applications
  • Primary responsibility for the testing of the Web application used to reach Humana's members
  • Work collaboratively with the other Clinical Applications Process Manager in the development of CareHub - Humana's integrated collection of applications and data pulling together, Members, Providers and Humana's Clinical resources.
  • Work collaboratively with Humana's clinical leadership team in the development of the Clinical Guidance Organization business rules
  • Work collaboratively with the Humana associates supporting the clinical interventions to ensure integration with other clinical activities
  • Primary responsibility for the operational reporting for this member facing clinical applicationdf-tc
