General Summary:
Responsible for working with clients and internal staff to define and implement integration opportunities for the MIDAS+ Suite of products.

Essential Job Functions:
? Primary contact for discussing clinical integration opportunities with Clients
? Perform demonstrations utilizing the MIDAS+ product to show the benefits of integration.
? Work with product managers to design the functional Integration of Hospital systems data with the MIDAS+ suite of products
? Participate with product managers to design integration with new business partners.
? Interpret and understand clinical process improvement opportunities at a client facility. Work with clients to understand the data available and provide specifications for implementing a solution.
? Assist internal staff and client in designing, building, and testing integration projects.
? Work with clients during the implementation of integration projects to ensure the desired results are achieved.
? Create documentation for staff and clients on MIDAS+ integration opportunities.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
? In depth knowledge of clinical functions in hospital environments. Laboratory knowledge highly desired.
? Broad knowledge of data utilized in performing clinical functions in a hospital.
? Knowledge of MIDAS+ Suite of products is highly desired.
? Technically oriented
? Strong analytical ability.
? General understanding of interface concepts and data formats including HL-7
? Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
? Ability to establish effective, professional working relationships with clients and co-workers.df-tc
