Clinical Migration Conversion Specialist

Title: Clinical Migration Conversion Specialist

Candidate must have prior experience with clinical trial documentation

Responsibilities:
Systematically manages the review, comparison and conversion needs of research and development clinical study documentation. Determines and categorizes clinical documentation per their subject matter or function in the clinical development life cycle. Compares paper to electronic clinical study documents to determine which content must be converted, and performs the work of converting content per established guidelines and processes. Reviews pre-existing electronic documents to determine disposition of duplicates and declaration of authoritative versions. Verifies index entries for each document in a tracking database and updates metadata document properties in a document management system to ensure data quality and find ability.

Skills required:
Prior experience with pharmaceutical clinical document analysis, generation and/or management
Knowledge of typical clinical development life cycle stages and the documents generated at each stage
Experience coordinating or managing operational projects
Experience with high-speed scanning of business documents or similar high-speed scanning operations
Experience with Documentum or similar document management systems
Highly detail-oriented person
Keen focus on quality output and adherence to standards
Pro-active problem solver
Experience working in a Microsoft computing environment
General computing skills including use of Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer, Acrobat Reader, and any email program

Skills preferred but not required:
Bachelors degree in a science related field of study or equivalent
Experience with InputAccel or other scanning software
Experience with indexing databases or catalog systems
Strong ability to work independentlydf-tc
