Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a Clinical Systems Analyst to join our team in Plano, TX.

Job Responsibilities:
In this position, you will support a large healthcare enterprise for Perot Systems and provide support for internal and external clients to resolve production-related issues or requests. Main point-of-contact and subject matter expert for Transcription, NextGen, and Vision ASC clinical applications. Interface with technical teams to deliver resolution for high severity events. Liaison between the client sponsors (internal and external) project and technical teams. Complete program/project management tasks, ticket queue management and communicate ongoing issues or troubleshooting mechanisms to service desk agents.

Required Skills:
  • 3+ years experience in a high tech environment in Tech or Business Systems Analysis or combination of related IT experience
  • 3+ years business analyst skills
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Strong technical skills with web-based applications
  • Excellent verbal, writing and organizational skills
  • Must be flexible to work on-call rotation
  • Required to be on-campus at the Plano, Texas location

    Desired Skills:
  • Strong business analysis skills in a technical environment
  • Requirements gathering a plus
  • Healthcare experience highly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree or other computer related degree
  • Project management experience/certification
  • Server Administration experience highly desired
  • Strong preference given to local candidates

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma and some college or technical training

    Minimum Certification or Professional Credentials:
  • Relevant technical or project management certifications a plus
