May perform one or more of the following:

General Summary:
This position functions as the Clinical consultant in technical implementations for MIDAS+ Products and Services.Serves to support Technical Leads and Interface Analysts with a wide range of interface integration projects.

Essential Job Functions:
Develop in-bound and out-bound modular specifications and clinical trigger points between MIDAS+ Software and a variety of Hospital Information Systems and Hospital Vendor products.
Manage integration projects from initial project assessment thru testing and go live.
Facilitate Interface integration and data validation testing.
Technical resource to MIDAS+ Customer Service in problem resolution as it pertains to all technical aspects of the implementation project.
Conduct and participate in daily/weekly/monthly meetings with clients and internal staff to advance implementation/integration projects
Meet with and support other department on new interface/integration projects to assimilate data into the MIDAS+ Products in a cohesive manner.
Document all new clinical/interface process and support information for on going clinical interfaces.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellentproject and time management skills are required.
Strong ability to manage/coordinate business schedules
Knowledge of HL7 design and coding
Understanding of computer coding. Cache knowledge is preferred. .
Knowledge of general Networking concepts, Email, Backup solutions & Virus Scanning software desired.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with customers, co-workers and business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
Strong analytical ability.
Ability to establish effective, professional working relationships with clients and co-workers.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in a computer related field required.

Travel Requirements:
There is approximately 15% travel associated with this position.
