Description
Job Responsibilities:
Interact with customers and Account Managers to define training needs.
Interact with customers and Account Managers to develop training plans.
Develop training agenda and learning objectives.
Author written training proposals and training reports.
Interact with customers to collect and communicate information that improves all division products.
Assist in the development and maintenance of training materials, manuals, and clinical cases.
Assist in the development and enhancement of basic and advance training curriculum.
Facilitate training evaluations and manage the distribution of training.
Support the sales process by communicating and demonstrating the value of division products to customers.
Support the sales process by personifying and communicating the quality of division clinicians and staff.
Support the role of Company consultants to maximize collaborative project success.
Identify and communicate up-sell opportunities to Sales team when identified during training.
Deliver standardized training via the web or onsite at the customer location.
Standard web seminars
Custom web sessions
Customer specific onsite training
Regional Training
Deliver standardized or customized training with the goal of consistency, effectiveness and efficiency, in order to improve the value proposition for the purchase and re-licensing of division products.
Training on the standardized use of the Company software as follows:
Training on the view-only and interactive software tools
Training on the configurable use of interactive software tools
Job Requirements:
Ability to effectively and efficiently work remotely.
Proven history of collaborative, team-focused approach.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Evidence of high quality training and presentation skills.
Evidence of ability to engage and educate both external and internal customers.
Evidence of professional approach to assignments: responsible, efficient, effective, ethical.
Experience in the training and education for health-care related products.
Effective time management skills.
Extensive Utilization Management, Case Management, or Disease Management experience [i.e. Health Plan, TPA or Hospital].
Ability to establish credibility with clinical customers and clinical trainees.
Ability to travel 80%.

Qualifications:
RN degree required
CCM preferred [or willingness to sit exam]
CPLP preferred [or willingness to sit exam]
Business-related or management-related second degree desirable
Extensive Utilization Management, Case Management, or Disease Management experience [i.e. Health Plan, TPA or Hospital]
