College degree preferred. Minimum 5 years experience as a Cobol programmer in a Mainframe environment. Must be proficient with Mainframe analysis tools such as Easytrieve, FileAid, DB2 FileAid, SQL. Advanced knowledge of Mercury Quality Center to include script creation and organization, execution, and defect logging is required. Strong proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other MS Office products. Experience creating test plans and coordination of user acceptance testing. Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment. Proficiency in planning, organizing and managing multiple tasks/priorities; may be required to work on multiple projects at the same time. Excellent written/verbal communication skills are critical.
