Description
One of the leading companies in the Pittsburgh or Harrisburg area has an immediate need for a full time Cobol Programmer, Sr. Level. The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of experience in application development.

The candidate will complete definition, development, and implementation of new systems, and major enhancements to existing systems, as well as production support for systems with high complexity. He/she will be directing a team, delegating assignments, providing technical guidance and applying project management expertise.

. Service Oriented Architecture
. DB/DC
. CICS
. JCL
. TSO/ISPF
. SAS
. APS
. Assembler
. VISIO
. PowerBuilder
. Microfocus Cobol
. Visual Basic,and JAVA
. Good organizational skills and good time management skills
. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
. Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff, and with customers in defining requirements
. Capable of providing project leadership for major feasibility or business systems analysis studies
