Description:
This person will perform data analysis on functional report requirements, recommend solutions for development, and develop reporting objects using Cognos ReportNet.

Responsibilities:
Develop Business Intelligence reporting solutions using Cognos ReportNet: ReportStudio and QueryStudio. Perform data analysis on functional report requirements, and provide recommendations on the preferred solution for development. Work with other developers to develop and maintain standardized templates. Work with Framework administrators and warehouse designers to refine data and metadata models. Responsibilities may include assisting with technical and/or end-user training.

Requirements:
Five years of development experience using Cognos Business Intelligence tools: Cognos ReportNet experience preferred. Extensive knowledge of data warehousing, report development, and data analysis required. SQL experience (ability to read/write SQL is required) and experience with DB2 and/or Oracle RDBMS highly recommended. Any exposure to PeopleSoft Global payroll is desirable; other Enterprise Payroll systems would be helpful.df-tc
