SUMMARY
This position will support the firm=C3=A2??s Business Intelligence (BI) needs by turning internal systems data into information using market leading BI tools including Crystal Reports and Cognos BI.

A keen aptitude for databases and data systems is critical to the success of this role, as is a strong background in analysis and reporting.

This position requires daily interaction with all levels of the organization throughout Crowe=C3=A2??s geography =C3=A2?? making good communication skills essential.

This position will participate in BI projects both independently and on teams.


RESPONSIBILITIES
Interact with internal clients and team with Information Services personnel to deliver reporting solutions that exactly meet business needs.

Learn and apply business systems analysis techniques to aid business in discovering and defining requirements and translate those requirements into high-performing, flexible BI solutions.

Provide analysis, development, testing and implementation services for BI solutions.

Provide second level support for troubleshooting and correcting issues related to reports and the reporting platforms.

Lead small BI project efforts applying appropriate project management techniques, and participate on medium and larger BI project team efforts.


QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor=C3=A2??s degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or Computer Science or, equivalent experience.

1 - 3 years=C3=A2?? experience writing reports using report writing tools such as Crystal or Cognos. Experience with Cognos ReportNet/BI highly desirable.

Experience reporting against relational databases.

Strong data-based analytical skills.

Project management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Understanding of dimensional database concepts. Experience reporting against dimensional data structures highly desirable.
