Description
Robert Half Technology is seeking a ColdFusion Developer to build high transaction web applications for a Large Government Contractor located in Baltimore.

Our client is looking to add multiple Coldfusion developers to their team. These individuals will be part of multi-million dollar project that will be charged with designing and developing high volume/transaction web applications. Qualified candidates will have 4+ years of development experience, preferably concentrated in Coldfusion 6, 7, or 8.

Experience/Skills


Candidates must meet the requirements below to be considered for position.

  • 4+ years of web-application-development experience - with concentrated experience in ColdFusion – and Microsoft SQL Server (or other RDBM) – Experience in modeling normalized relational data bases.
  • Experience with ColdFusion CFCs - Advanced SQL knowledge - Fluent understanding of JavaScript and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Experience in all aspects of the software development process including analysis, design, implementation, testing, and delivery. A strong understanding of business functions and how the Big picture works is a plus.
  • Experience building web services (XML, SOAP, WSDL, XSLT) - Experience with another scripting language (e.g. ASP, Python, PHP) - Working knowledge of source-control applications (VSS or CVS) – Working knowledge of .net
