Immediate need for commercial construction designer (job captain) seeking stability and benefits. Ideal candidate will have experience designing/constructing franchise stores or retail shopping centers such as banks, tire stores, home/garden warehouses, major retail centers & strip malls- NOT residential. Site work experience (grading/drainage) and understanding retail development required. Must be familiar w/ renderings, code analysis & Auto Cad. Experience in handling multiple projects & good communication skills are a must. Responsible for retail construction design, commercial development and project management.
