Jawood is currently seeking a Compensation Analyst for a position in New Jersey.

Knowledge skills and abilities:

• 3 5 years experience in Compensation or Finance including sales incentive compensation administration, benchmarking, market pricing, modeling and analysis.
• Self-starter/highly motivated with proven ability to work in a dynamic environment and apply sound judgment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
• Strong critical thinking/problem solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
• Advanced organizational skills essential.
• Exceptional MS Excel skills is required (ie, v-lookups, pivot tables, modeling)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Access/PeopleSoft.

• Bachelor s degree in related field such as Finance
• PHR or World at Work Certification (CCP) preferred.
