Description
3H Technology has an immediate opening in our Washington, DC location for a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM)Analyst. Join our team of technical professionals developing innovative business solutions.

The CAFM (Computer Aided Facility Management) Software Technology Specialist and Database Analyst will provide support for building drawing maintenance and validation for Spatial Data Management program. The position requires expertise in the architectural engineering processes, using the ANSI BOMA standards and GSA certified CAD and Assignment standards.

Required Qualifications include:
? excellent skills with AutoCAD version 14 and version 2002 and drafting, facility Information Systems (FIS),
? at least 5 years experience/background in architectural design or drafting,
? ability to interpret and transfer to CAD hardcopy architectural construction as-built drawings,
? experience in building surveying techniques,
? experience in field measurements and/or verification of pre-survey plans
? experience with Oracle 8i database concepts and design,
? familiarity with ANSI BOMA concepts and poly-lining desirable,
? experience with Windows 2000/XP and systems integration, knowledge VB programming will be an advantage.

Qualified candidate must possess thoroughness and attention to detail, be proficient in conducting a study of end user requirements, technology audits, and business process analysis, experience with management of the Space Survey & Validation process in large commercial projects.
